OK Multi-Unit Applications Oklahoma Conservation Docket tracker

FAQ

The data, the accounts, and the quotas — everything in one place.

The site & its data

What is this site?

This site tracks "Multi-Unit" pooling applications filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission's Conservation Docket. It combines a map and a searchable table so you can see new filings by county and by section/township/range as soon as they're public.

What counts as a "Multi-Unit" application?

It's a Conservation Docket Application filing that requests Multi relief — an operator asking to pool more than one spacing or drilling unit in a single case. The scraper searches OCC WebLink specifically for that combination.

How current is the data?

The site is refreshed every 4 hours.

How do I search or filter cases on the map and table?

Use the search box to match an operator name or case number, the county dropdown, and the "filed from/through" date fields. Check "Last 7 days" to see only recent filings. The map and table stay in sync with whatever filter is active.

Is this official OCC data?

No. This is an independent tool that reads public filings from OCC WebLink; it isn't run by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. See the About page for details, and always confirm anything case-critical against OCC's own record.

Accounts & downloads

What's the Owners CSV, and why does it need an account?

Each filing's Exhibit A lists every owner or entity the operator is required to notify, along with their addresses. We extract that into a per-case CSV, plus a combined "Bulk Owners CSV" for everything currently filtered. Downloading it requires an account because it's metered by monthly quota.

What's the daily digest email?

An opt-in email that lists newly filed applications each morning. Turn it on or off from the account menu once you're signed in.

I signed up but never got a verification email — now what?

Check your spam folder first. If it's still not there, go to the sign-in page, enter your email and password, and use "Resend the link" after the failed attempt — it sends a fresh verification email.

Who can sign up?

Browsing the map and table is open to anyone, no account needed. Owner downloads require an account with a monthly quota — create an account to get started.
